Navy Beach in Montauk will celebrate Mother’s Day with a special three-course prix fixe menu on Sunday, May 11. The special menu will be available for lunch and dinner, featuring an appetizer, a large plate, and dessert, plus a glass of rosé on the house for Mom with her meal. Among the new spring dishes on Chef Rozzi’s two-course $65 prix fixe menu are chilled spring sweet pea soup with Mecox Dairy Gruyere, poached asparagus with miso aioli and togarashi peanuts, roasted Montauk tilefish, and house-made ricotta tortelloni.
