Taste the Forks is a two-day dining event that benefits Slow Food East End. The first dinner will be held on Thursday, November 14, with Chef Jason Weiner of Almond in Bridgehampton, and on Friday, November 15, dinner is by Chef Noah Schwartz of Noah’s in Greenport. Each will present a curated multi-course menu featuring local growers.
Both restaurants are internationally recognized as distinguished dining destinations, having received Slow Food’s Snail of Approval award. Following a welcome cocktail reception at their restaurants, the chefs will present their courses paired with selections from local Snail of Approval wineries.
Taste the Fork dinners support Slow Food East End, a non-profit volunteer organization to help fund various Feed the Forks initiatives and kick off its annual virtual auction, which is held November 13 to 17.
