Join Kinetic by Kiki at The HUB Bridgehampton for a special Fourth of July Pilates Fusion class blending Pilates and Barre into a fun, music-driven workout designed to sculpt your core, improve alignment, reduce stress, and leave you feeling stronger, longer, and energized for the holiday weekend.
Doors open from 9:30am–10:00am. Class runs from 10:00am–10:45am, followed by post-class fun from 10:45am–11:30am. Your ticket includes a complimentary 90 Degree by Reflex activewear set, Dragon Hemp pre/post-workout cooling & warming balms, Happy Coffee beverages, plus Gorgie mats and energy drinks.
