Gosman’s Dock Announces The Debut Of The New Lobster House & Clam Bar And The Return Of Topside Bar
The iconic Gosman’s property is proud to introduce the new Lobster House & Clam Bar for the 2026 season. Inspired by beloved favorites from the former Inlet Café and Clam Bar, the Lobster House will serve fresh, flavorful seafood at its classic waterfront dockside location. Guests can dine by the water or order at the window for a convenient meal to-go. For more than 80 years, Gosman’s has remained dedicated to preserving the relaxed, laid-back Montauk atmosphere that locals and visitors have come to love.
The new Lobster House & Clam Bar will feature seafood classics sourced right from the docks of Montauk, including Lobster Tacos, Pan-Seared Tuna, and Mussels in White Cream Sauce, crafted by the culinary team of Chef Tony Cruz, who brings 15 years of experience at Gosman’s, and Chef Eddie G, a Food Network personality and NFL VIP catering alumnus. The restaurant will be open seven days a week from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m., with reservations available for parties of eight or more.
The popular Topside Bar is also back for another season. Perched above Montauk Harbor, the Topside Bar offers a breezy, open-air escape with sweeping waterfront views and a relaxed coastal vibe. A favorite among both locals and visitors, it’s the perfect place to unwind with a handcrafted cocktail, a crisp glass of rosé, or an ice-cold beer as boats drift in and out of the marina below. With its casual atmosphere, fresh sea air, and unbeatable sunset views, the Topside Bar captures the easygoing spirit of Montauk at its best. Daily food and beverage specials will accompany these spectacular views all season long.
The Lobster House & Clam Bar will officially open on Friday, May 8, just in time for Mother’s Day weekend, while Topside Bar will open the following Friday, May 15.
