On Wednesday, March 27, R.AIRE at The Hampton Maid in Hampton Bays will celebrate National Paella Day. Guests can watch as Chef Alex Bujoreanu prepares this traditional Spanish dish and partake in the evening’s festivities.
Seatings will be available from 5 to 9:30 PM. Tickets are $35 for a two-course menu, which includes Spanish tapas and authentic paella. Additional wine pairings are available for $15. They will also offer a make-your-own sangria for $10 per glass or $40 per pitcher.
