ID Hot Yoga, an independent hot yoga brand based in New York City, is opening a Sag Harbor studio in late December — bringing the city’s sell-out Hot Sculpt classes to another Hamptons location.
ID Hot Yoga is owned and operated by acclaimed instructors Kelly Isaac and Tricia Donegan, who is formerly Lady Gaga’s personal yoga instructor.
Hot Sculpt (yoga + heat + light weights) is one of its fastest-growing hybrid workouts, with classes waitlisted across the city. The Sag Harbor studio will offer an intimate, design-driven heated space at 51 Division Street.
ID Hot Yoga will also be opening a location in the Meatpacking District in February 2026. Current studios are in East Hampton, NoMad, the Lower East Side, Harlem, and the Financial District.
