Belmont Park Village’s inaugural “Welcome to Wellness” weekend was a two‑day celebration on Saturday, October 17, and Sunday, October 18, bringing together movement, mindfulness, and community in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The event marked a meaningful new tradition for the Village, with 100 percent of funds raised benefiting Northwell Health’s Center for Women’s Cancer.

Visitors gathered for a powerful lineup of wellness programming. Former New York Islander and current Assistant General Manager Matt Martin joined the weekend’s SoulCycle rides in support of the cause, alongside Miss USA and the first Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model with a double mastectomy, Allyn Rose, who also participated and connected with attendees.

The weekend featured multiple SoulCycle rides led by Founding Master Instructor Stacey Griffith, a survivor herself, and instructor Sam Y. Guests also enjoyed inspiring conversations with leading voices in wellness. On Saturday, Jennifer Fisher and Dr. Amanda Kahn hosted a thoughtful panel on longevity, with Jennifer Fisher Jewelry popping up in The Apartment for guests to shop.

On Sunday, Cristina Cuomo, Valeria Talve, and Dr. Elisa Port came together for an intimate discussion on personal experiences with breast cancer. Audience members shared their stories, creating a moving and communal moment. Attendees also enjoyed book signings for Fisher’s “Trust Your Gut” and Dr. Port’s “The Breast Advice,” adding another layer of connection throughout the Village.

Across the Brand Salon and Wellness Warehouse, local studios brought their signature classes to the community through yoga with I Am Yogi Studios, Pilates with The Furm, barre with Pure Barre, and restorative sound baths with Notes & Nirvana. The Village also buzzed with boutique activations, including giveaways from Lululemon, L’Occitane, and Fusalp, and a special commitment from Peserico, which donated five percent of October sales to further support Northwell Health’s Center for Women’s Cancer. Additionally, guests enjoyed IVs and an Oxygen bar with ReactIVate in The Apartment.
