Related Ross has announced a partnership with Set Point Tennis to introduce a residents-only racquet club at Edgeworth, the firm’s newly announced luxury waterfront residential development along South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. Designed to deliver a bespoke racquets experience in the heart of downtown, the club will feature professionally managed tennis, padel, and pickleball programming, expert instruction, resident events, and a dedicated pro shop, creating one of South Florida’s most comprehensive private racquet sports offerings.
The racquet club will be integrated into Edgeworth’s expansive wellness and lifestyle offering, which spans two sculptural 28-story towers designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox. Situated along South Flagler Drive, the condominium is envisioned as a waterfront destination where architecture, wellness, and hospitality converge, offering sweeping views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean.
“West Palm Beach is attracting a generation of residents who are prioritizing longevity and lifestyle as key factors driving their decision on where they want to live,” said Bryan Cho, Executive Vice President and Head of Residential Development at Related Ross. “Our partnership with Set Point Tennis delivers a best in class racquet club experience with elite coaching, thoughtful programming, and community-building that reflect the evolution of living and what today’s buyers expect from a home.”

The club will be developed in collaboration with Set Point Tennis, a racquet sports lifestyle brand with locations in East Hampton and West Palm Beach. Set Point Tennis is known for its curated selection of tennis, pickleball, padel equipment, apparel and accessories. At Edgeworth, Set Point Tennis will bring its retail expertise and racquet culture perspective through a curated pro shop experience, including equipment demos, stringing, grip customization and racquet rentals. The collaboration will also inform a broader lifestyle programming mix, including instruction, clinics, social play, and competitive formats, alongside junior development and performance training.
“Racquet sports have become one of the defining lifestyle movements in residential communities, but what we’re creating at Edgeworth goes beyond traditional amenity programming,” said Lisa Herbert Winter, Co-founder and CEO of Set Point Tennis. “This will be a first-of-its-kind residential environment centered on sport and connection, with exceptional facilities, expert instruction, and personalized racquet concierge services. We’re excited to partner with Related Ross to bring this experience to Edgeworth.”
Located at 1155 South Flagler Drive, Edgeworth will feature 184 luxury residences with interiors by MAWD | March and White Design. Pricing for Edgeworth ranges from $5.5 million to $35.5 million.
