L’Avenue at Saks’ Spiked Hot Chocolate
Cocktail Ingredients
.75 oz PX sherry
1.5 oz Frangelico
5 oz creme de cacao
2 oz hot chocolate
Hot Chocolate
400 gr of 66% Caraibe chocolate (Valrhona)
1000 gr of milk
250 gr heavy cream
3.5 gr salt
Method: Boil the hot chocolate ingredients together to create a large batch. Combine all cocktail ingredients, then top with hot chocolate.
