Lark Hotels Adding Four New Spots In 2026 Including Hampton Bays

Lark Hotels, a company that runs boutique hotels, mostly in New England, is preparing to open four new properties in 2026. The new spots are Cambridge Common House in Cambridge, Massachusetts, The Drew Hotel in Plymouth, Massachusetts, Shore Haven in Falmouth, Massachusetts, and The Penny Lane in Hampton Bays.

Each of these hotels will have its own style, blending history, design, and local vibes. The goal in Hampton Bays is to create a laid-back beach getaway.

The Penny Lane in Hampton Bays will replace the Drake Inn. The 18-room hotel plans to highlight its green initiatives, such as utilizing solar power and eliminating disposable plastics. It will offer access to the water, boat slips, a pool, and be pet-friendly.

Seven Lark hotels have received Michelin Keys from the Michelin Guide in 2025. Recent openings such as The Bow Hotel in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and AWOL Stowe in Vermont have showcased the group’s upscale boutique hotel style.
