Taking its title from Bill Evans’ enigmatic composition of the same name and placing it at the center of the evening, the concert explores the classical side of the musical world that shaped Evans and the music that he in turn inspired.

The program features Bach, Ravel, Debussy, Poulenc, and Dutilleux alongside Stravinsky, Ligeti, and a world premiere by Reflections’ artistic director Bruce Wolosoff. Performed by a stellar cast of musicians, the evening moves through memory, introspection, and music’s singular power to suspend time.
