Philanthropist Jean Shafiroff Hosts Palm Beach Luncheon To Celebrate Women’s History Month

Philanthropist, author, and television host Jean Shafiroff hosted a luncheon at Café Boulud at The Brazilian Court to honor both Women’s History Month and the work of the New York Women’s Foundation, a charity board on which she currently serves and has supported for many years.

The lunch brought together 45 guests to support women and efforts to uplift those in need, set against the backdrop of Café Boulud’s private dining room.

Shafiroff spoke about the need to support women and families worldwide. “Women in many parts of the world are treated unfairly. By celebrating Women’s History Month and the work of the New York Women’s Foundation, we bring visibility to the importance of women’s equality and the need for fair treatment for all women.”

Attendees included Martin Shafiroff, former NYPD Police Commissioner Ray Kelly, Veronica Kelly, CeCe Black, Lee Black, Ava Roosevelt, Ramona Singer, Kim Dryer, Alex Hamer, Jim McCartney, Meghan McCartney, Rick Rose, Nancy Stone, David Granville, Jeff Pheiffer, Kit Kittle, Laurette Kittle, Harry Cooper, Valerie Cooper, Lora Drasner, Lee Fryd, George Ledes, Whitney Schott, and Christine Schott.
