Coche Comedor in Amagansett, a year round restaurant featuring regional Mexican cuisine inspired by local products, will honor Mexican Independence Day on Thursday, September 16, with traditional specials.
There will be Pozole for $12, a pork and hominy soup with shredded lettuce, radishes, onions and cilantro. The braised beef short ribs will be $34 and include hoja santa, ancho and pasilla chiles and Balsam Farm corn tamal.
