In his debut book, Sun, Sea, Soil, Wine, he explores the intricacies of our region’s unique climate, geography, and soils, which produce high-quality, unique wines. Join us for an afternoon discussion and learn about the intricate history of winemaking and how Long Island grew to garner recognition as a premier wine destination.
