Yorgos Tsibiridis, one of the top real estate brokers in the Hamptons, has joined the East Hampton office of Sotheby’s International Realty, the company announced this week.
Tsibiridis is known for skillfully handling high-end deals across East Hampton, Sag Harbor, Montauk, and Bridgehampton. Over the past decade, he has earned a reputation as a discreet, results-driven broker with a loyal and global clientele.

A native of Greece, Tsibiridis studied in Italy and speaks five languages, including Greek, French, Italian, and Spanish. He brings an international perspective to one of the country’s most competitive real estate markets. His fluency in multiple cultures, combined with a deep passion for art and architecture, has enabled him to become an advisor to both local and international buyers seeking prime properties on the East End.
“Yorgos has long been on our radar,” said Nanette Hansen, who co-leads Sotheby’s Hamptons operations with Kelly Canavan. “We’ve talked with him over the years, but the timing finally aligned. When some of our top agents said he’d be a perfect fit, we knew we had to move quickly.”
Tsibiridis joins Sotheby’s after several record-setting years in the Hamptons market. He will now work from the firm’s East Hampton brokerage, part of a regional network that achieved over $1 billion in sales and rental volume last year.
For Tsibiridis, this move is about both brand and market strategy.
“With its global reach, strong reputation, and connection to the art world, Sotheby’s International Realty feels like home,” he said in a statement. “My clients appreciate sophistication, discretion, and a global perspective—all of which the brand provides.”
Aside from his professional achievements, Tsibiridis is active in the Sag Harbor community, where he serves on the local Board of Education. He believes his commitment to education and the arts shapes his approach to real estate: “It’s never just about the transaction—it’s about creating lasting value and connection.”
