Dragon Hemp Apothecary presents its third annual sponsorship of the Hamptons International Film Festival. The brand sponsors the Air, Land, + Sea Signature Program, showcasing films that spotlight global and local environmental issues.
This year at HIFF, Dragon Hemp seeks to elevate the importance of wellness through sleep. The Apothecary will host an interactive pop-up at the annual fundraiser on October 9, supporting South Fork Sea Farmers and its mission to promote marine stewardship. Dragon Hemp will highlight its Rest & Restoration Collection Sleep Gummies+.
The event will feature a silent auction and offer attendees samplings of their plant-based wellness products. Dragon Hemp’s new Sleep Gummies+ combines CBD, CBN, and 2.5mg THC.
As part of this year’s sponsorship, HIFF will be screening Dragon Hemp’s “Surf and Sea”- inspired commercial ahead of projects screening in the section. This 30-second spot highlights the brand’s mission to support holistic wellness while promoting environmental awareness through a local lens. It features local surfer and fellow entrepreneur Shane Dyckman and is directed by documentarian Jasper Rischen.
“We’re honored to have the rare opportunity to create a spot showcasing the Hamptons, Dragon Hemp’s birthplace,” said Kevin Menard, founder of Dragon Hemp Apothecary.
“It is the continued support from partners like Kevin and Dragon Hemp that inspires us to find new ways to connect our community of filmmakers and enthusiasts with local businesses that share our passion for environmental awareness. We’re thrilled to have Dragon Hemp with us again this year!” said Anne Chaisson, Executive Director of Hamptons Film.
“As a brand that takes seriously the craft of alchemy in creating exceptional experiences, we are excited to be a more dynamic and impactful part of the Festival this year. We are proud of the responsibility we have in participating in and supporting more global conversations around the health and wellness of nature in all its forms,” said Menard.
The 32nd annual Hamptons International Film Festival, presented by Regina K. Scully’s Artemis Rising Foundation, will run from October 4 to 14.
