Please join Britt Burner, Esq. as she discusses the importance of having a Power of Attorney and a Health Care Proxy in place. This workshop will also include what family caregivers need to know about the Family Healthcare Decisions Act. In this presentation, understanding what legal guardianship entails if your loved one is unable to sign advance directives or assign a Power of Attorney will be explored.
