On Saturday evening, the East End showcased Hollywood glamour as Josh Flagg, a well-known luxury real estate broker and star of “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles,” celebrated his birthday at a private home in Sagaponack.

This was Flagg’s first birthday as a Hamptons homeowner after purchasing a property in East Hampton. The celebration marked a milestone and highlighted his bicoastal lifestyle as he balances his Los Angeles business with more time in New York.
The host, dressed in a Ralph Lauren Purple Label suit, welcomed guests with charm, setting a tone of elegance for the evening. The coastal venue featured candlelight, late-summer flowers, and airy Hamptons décor, with Champagne and cocktails flowing throughout. Guests enjoyed steak frites, reflecting classic French bistros, and wrapped up the evening with crème brûlée instead of a birthday cake.

Notable guests included Candy Spelling, who shone in a flowing gold Zimmermann dress, twirling by the pool in a moment full of celebration. Sonja Morgan from “The Real Housewives of New York City” brought her signature humor and energy to the party, adding to its star appeal. Carly Steel, the TV presenter and producer, contributed red-carpet style, while Natalie Bloomingdale, in a ’60s-inspired lace jumpsuit, brought vintage glamour that matched her reputation as a fashion insider.
The guest list also featured David Parnes, Laura Wasserman, Peter Thomas Roth, Martin and Kelly Katz, Isabelle Bscher, Ivan Pol, Michael Lorber, Andrew Zucker, Anthony James, Garrett Cayton, Matt Friend, Michael Waltz, and the host’s parents, Michael and Cindy Flagg. DJ James Ryan, known for his work at Surf Lodge and Snow Lodge, played music, keeping the vibe lively into the night.

The evening served as a birthday celebration and a glimpse into Flagg’s growing world. Through Flagg Family Capital, his family recently bought 170 Mercer Street in SoHo. He is currently representing Casa Encantada, the historic $175 million estate in Bel-Air, and has also completed the $16.5 million sale of Terry and Heather Dubrow’s Los Angeles home.
