Nick & Toni’s will host a special wine pairing dinner on Thursday, March 31, from 6 to 9 PM. The menu features traditional, regional Italian cuisine and mountain wines from Valle d’Aosta, Trentino-Alto Adige, Valtellina, Monferrato, and Etna.
The cost is $150 per person, plus tax and gratuity, for the five-course dinner. Wines from the menu will be available with special event pricing pre-order directly through Jacques Franey of Domaine Franey on the night of the event.
Menu items include antipasti, house aged Wagyu beef with pickle red onion and chicory, rabbit stew with buckwheat polenta and pearl onion, grilled quail with marrow sformato and cippolini Puree.
