Tipsy Scoop has partnered with Peeko Oysters in New Suffolk to make a limited-edition flavor: champagne and lemon sorbet infused with Peeko Oyster’s house-made pineapple mignonette. Maximize your experience by serving a small scoop on a freshly shucked Peeko oyster, and enjoying with a glass of Champagne.
The sorbet is available for delivery with Goldbelly, New York City pick up or delivery, or at any of Tipsy Scoop’s Barlours. A single pint is $15 and a three pack is $89.98.
All flavors contain up to 5 percent alcohol by volume and can only be consumed by those 21 and over.
