The Church in Sag Harbor and the John Jermain Memorial Library co-present a collaborative program featuring author and esteemed winemaker Richard Olsen-Harbich on Sunday, March 3, at 2 PM. Olsen-Harbich has been making award-winning local wines for over forty years.
In his debut book, “Sun, Sea, Soil, Wine: Winemaking on the North Fork of Long Island,” he explores the intricacies of our region’s unique climate, geography, and soils, which produce high-quality, unique wines. Join for an afternoon discussion at the library and learn about the intricate history of winemaking and how Long Island grew to garner recognition as a premier wine destination. Books will be available for purchase and inscription.
The event is free with RSVP. Call 631-725-0049 or email programs@johnjermain.org.
