Kelly Killoren Bensimon Launches Own Portfolio of Listings at Douglas Elliman

Kelly Killoren Bensimon is stepping out on her own in real estate. It was announced last week that the former “Real Housewives of New York” star will be launching her own portfolio of listings at Douglas Elliman.

After joining Douglas Elliman in 2019 as part of the Holly Parker Team, Bensimon quickly made a name for herself in the industry. Known for granting access to how and where the most discerning New Yorkers live, Bensimon has sold $70 million worth of property so far this year and has another $90 million in current and off-market listings in New York City, the Hamptons, Florida, and Paris, France where she serves as a marketing advisor.

“Kelly is a smart, talented, and very accomplished agent with an abundant network and strong work ethic,” said Scott Durkin, CEO of Douglas Elliman. “Since joining Douglas Elliman in 2019, she has made a name for herself in Manhattan, Palm Beach, and the Hamptons. I look forward to continuing to watch her grow as an individual agent with our firm.”

Bensimon has always had a passion for real estate stateside and abroad which led to her becoming a broker in 2017. Having been a spokesperson for MBeekman Curated Living, creating a content platform curating a list of the “Best of the Best” in New York for a Sutton Place Property, it was a natural next step. At Warburg Realty, she maximized her diverse international fan base by showcasing New York real estate with two online initiatives: “The Sales Meeting” — an insider peek into the real estate world — and “Real Estate Thursday,” which highlights the latest in new development.

“I’m so excited to launch Kelly Killoren Bensimon with Douglas Elliman, which is a natural progression,” says Bensimon. “Douglas Elliman has proven to be a strategic partner. They are trailblazers in social media, marketing, personal branding, publicity, and technology as well as a growing platform with necessary resources to support the growth of my global business. Their connectivity in Europe and across the USA is crucial to my national and international brand. I’m humbled to work with this caliber of publicly traded real estate industry leader.”

Bensimon provides her clients with native-level access to New York, sharing where to find the best shopping, dining, drinking, and entertaining in the most exclusive neighborhoods. In 2021, she appeared on Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing” and will be announcing several exciting multimedia projects in the near future.
