Montauk Meditation Presents Vedic Meditation Course At Satori House In Sag Harbor This Weekend

Vedic Meditation is a simple mental resting technique that comes from an ancient body of knowledge known as The Veda. The Veda was preserved over five thousand years ago in an area we now call India. The knowledge has been passed down orally from teacher to teacher. The Veda also gives us the knowledge of Yoga and Ayurveda (the science of health and longevity).

Montauk Meditation will host a Vedic Meditation course at Satori House in Sag Harbor on October 22 to 24. After the course, attendees will be self sufficient meditators and receive ongoing support and community.

On Friday, October 22, at a time set by you, there will one-on-one initiation with Montauk Meditation founder Amy Kalaczynski, where you will receive your personal mantra. There will also be a Puja ceremony to honor the teachers that have given this knowledge. Guests should bring a handful of flowers and two or three sweet fruit (no lemons or limes) for the Puja ceremony.

On Saturday at 6 PM there will be a group session where you will meditate together, discuss mantra, and how to use it and the components. On Sunday, at 6 PM the group session will meditate together, discuss stress release, mind/body connection, and the expanding consciousness.

Those who signs up will be able to refresh and retake the course for free for a lifetime with Montauk Meditation or any VM teacher, as well as attend in-person or online group meditations and knowledge meetings for free.

Join Montauk Meditation Club for monthly one-on-one check-ins. The course fee is $700. Venmo @amy-kalaczynski or visit www.montaukmeditationclub.com.
