Sparkling Pointe, the North Fork winery fully dedicated to producing sparkling wines, is hosting Apéro Hour on August 11 and 25.
Apéro Hour is the time of day to unwind and socialize before dinner with a light drink (or two) and a salty snack. From 4 to 5:30 PM, Sparkling Pointe will partner with New York State Craft Beverage producers to offer a rotating menu of unique sparkling wine cocktails with both familiar and astonishing flavors, hand crafted by the Sparkling Pointe team.
Advance tickets are $25 on Resy and include the first cocktail and snack mix trio. The full Sparkling Pointe menu of wine and food will also be available — walk-ins are welcome as service permits.
