The Art Of Great Service: A Parrish Business Event

The Parrish Art Museum in Water Mill presents The Art Of Great Service, a business event, on October 20, from 6 to 7:30 PM.

Guest presenters include David E. Astorr of David E. Astorr, Inc. Wealth Management, Erin Hattrick, the owner of Topiarie Flower Shop in Southampton, Mark Smith, co-owner of Nick & Toni’s in East Hampton, and Deborah Stotzky, the owner of Holistico Wellness in Greenport.

Managing customer relationships effectively is one of the best ways to grow your business. Customers’ experience before, during, and after they engage with a product or service will look different depending on the type of business you are in — however, it remains a crucial component in the equation of success.

Thousands of small and large businesses on the East End provide a service to their customers. This panel of local business professionals will address questions about their approach to service. What are examples of great service? What contributes to repeat business? What makes the East End unique? What challenges are common across all businesses? What tools support great customer engagement today? What’s changed in the past five to 10 years and what’s remained the same? Their stories of success will provide a jumping-off point for a larger conversation about the art of great service in our community.

The event is free for Parrish business members, $5 for Parrish members, $16 for adults, $12 for member’s guests, and $10 for seniors. Visit parrishart.org.
