Tomich and Kabot have over $150 million in closings to date, and with top tier local government experience and Hamptons expertise, they are considered community experts. The team has over a decade of dedicated public service in Southampton Town government and over two decades of Hamptons real estate experience.
Tomich spent 25 years on Long Island and in New York City as a golf professional at top facilities including Fresh Meadow Country Club, Chelsea Piers, and Poxabogue.
Kabot is a member of the Hamptons Chapter of the Long Island Board of Realtors, NYS Realtors Association and the National Association of Realtors. She also served 14 years in Southampton Town government, which brings knowledge about local municipal codes, zoning and land use to every real estate transaction, and she has received special recognition of achievement for her advocacy, leadership, and tireless commitment to the betterment of the community.
