“Celebrity Autobiography” Comes to Southampton Arts Center

The Southampton Arts Center presents the acclaimed international comedy Broadway sensation “Celebrity Autobiography” for one night only with an all-star cast including Christie Brinkley, Mario Cantone, Richard Kind, Susan Lucci, Eugene Pack, Sherri Shepherd, and Alan Zweibel. Created by Emmy nominee Eugene Pack and developed with Dayle Reyfel, the show features stars acting out hilarious passages from other stars’ memoirs.

“Celebrity Autobiography” has been critically acclaimed around the world and had an engagement on Broadway. The show originally opened in New York to rave reviews and won the Drama Desk Award for Unique Theatrical Experience.

“Celebrity Autobiography is a fantastic way to bring the community together with these hilarious performers, some who have special ties of their own to the East End, for some good old-fashioned comedy,” said Southampton Arts Center general manager Joe Diamond. “It’s a really unique show, and we’re honored to host the only performance in the Hamptons this year.”

The event will take place in the Southampton Arts Center’s theatre on Saturday, August 20, from 7 to 9 PM. Tickets are available for $125 (general admission) and $150 (premium general admission, first three rows) and can be purchased at southamptonartscenter.org/live.
