In a swift turn of events, Drew Barrymore’s charming Sagaponack estate has found a buyer less than a month after hitting the market. The New York Post initially reported that the property, listed at $8.45 million, went under contract shortly after being put up for sale by Kathy Konzet of Sotheby’s International Realty. Despite the property being under contract, a representative from Sotheby’s confirmed on Friday that the deal has not yet closed, and no additional details were available at this time.

Barrymore, the beloved actress and talk show host, had owned the 1920s barn-turned-residence for nearly five years, having purchased it for $5.5 million. Located at 16 Old Barn Lane, this expansive 6,850-square-foot home is steeped in character and charm. The property boasts an array of glass doors that open to decks and patios, original beams and floors, and offers a total of seven bedrooms and six bathrooms.

The estate spans 1.7 acres and includes a 6,500-square-foot house, a gunite pool with wood decking, a cozy pool house, and a bocce court. The outdoor space features a stone patio leading to lush, park-like grounds adorned with mature trees and blooming gardens.
