Join Clarity Mind Studio with host Michelle Madonna for a mindful morning of aromatherapy, positive affirmations, guided meditation, slow flow yoga and Reiki energy healing. No experience necessary!

Gentle, all-levels yoga will be taught by Danielle Duran, who is also a licensed psychotherapist. She will discuss nervous system regulation and how to cultivate calm, resilience and a greater sense of balance in your life. Participants will leave with practical take-home strategies they can incoporate into everyday life.

Immerse yourself in a comfortable sanctuary with healing music in an indoor beautiful sunlit room overlooking the gardens at Solé East Resort in Montauk.
