Immerse yourself in art, cuisine and wine at Chef Barrila’s Pastaria Ristorante. November will kick off the official launch of the “Aficionado Tasting Series”. Come explore the curated art inside the new Tota Pulchra Gallery Tasting Salon. The art exhibition features some of the most renowned artists of all time. including Picasso, Dali, Warhol, Erte, Tamara de Lempicka, Peter Max, John Lenon, Celebrity Icons by Sid Maurer and many others.

Your hosts for the evening are Master Chef Marco Barrila and Queen of Art Marilyn Goldberg of Marilyn’s Museum Masters. Together they invite you to come explore the curated art inside the new Tota Pulchra Gallery Tasting Salon. The art exhibition features some of the most renowned artists of all time, including Picasso, Dali, Warhol, Erte, Tamara de Lempicka, Peter Max, John Lenon, Celebrity Icons by Sid Maurer and many others. 

This holiday season we are celebrating 50 years of Picasso. “The commemoration of the 50th anniversary of Picasso’s death is, above all, a wonderful opportunity to celebrate his work and his artistic legacy”. It’s great to know that the artworks will be available for sale everyday now through December.

The dinner will be an intimate gathering with a multi-course menu created by master chef Marco Barrila nominated as New York’s 2023 Tota Pulchra Chef. The inspiration for the cuisine is a fusion of Picasso’s favorite dishes with influences from Italy, France and Spain in Chef Barrila’s signature style, of course. Menu highlights will include a variety of tapas - cava foam with caviar, catalana sausage and beans, marisco azafran – suquet de peix (fish stew) - fresh pasta cannelloni carne d’olla and paella del toro to name a few, concluded with a signature dessert.

Artists VIP Private Dining for $175 per person (paired with local and imported small-production wines - Only 22 seats available

Ty Wenzel, a recent breast cancer survivor, started her career as a fashion coordinator for Bloomingdale’s followed by fashion editor for Cosmopolitan Magazine. She was also a writer for countless publications, including having published a memoir (St. Martin's Press) and written features for The New York Times. She is an award-winning writer and designer who covers lifestyle, real estate, architecture and interiors for James Lane Post. She previously worked as a writer and marketing director for The Independent. She has won multiple PCLI and NYPA awards for journalism, social media and design, including best website design and best magazine for James Lane Post, which she co-founded in 2020. Wenzel is also a co-founder of the meditation app for kids, DreamyKid, and the Hamptons social media agency, TWM Hamptons Social Media.
