Look, Cook. Eat. Don your apron, roll up your sleeves and learn to cook authentic Italian dishes from an expert chef, Marco Barrila. Set in an open Eatery, you'll learn all the tricks behind creating your favorite Italian dishes. For this class, it will be Crespelle di Zucca (butternut squash fritters) + Sweet potato gnocchi with two signature sauces (brown butter and sage + duck ragu) + Ravioli Dolce (fried sweet pumpkin ravioli).

All ingredients used in the class are fresh and sourced from local farm’s or imported producers. After the class, sit down as a group and enjoy all the mouth-watering dishes you have whipped up. Sit back and relish in insatiable food, great conversation with Chef Marco.

Proceeds from the cooking class benefit Citizens 4 Humanity "people helping people" on the East End. Citizens 4 Humanity has been feeding gourmet healthy meals to families in crisis and homebound seniors since 2012.  www.citizens4humanity.org

Ty Wenzel, a recent breast cancer survivor, started her career as a fashion coordinator for Bloomingdale’s followed by fashion editor for Cosmopolitan Magazine. She was also a writer for countless publications, including having published a memoir (St. Martin's Press) and written features for The New York Times. She is an award-winning writer and designer who covers lifestyle, real estate, architecture and interiors for James Lane Post. She previously worked as a writer and marketing director for The Independent. She has won multiple PCLI and NYPA awards for journalism, social media and design, including best website design and best magazine for James Lane Post, which she co-founded in 2020. Wenzel is also a co-founder of the meditation app for kids, DreamyKid, and the Hamptons social media agency, TWM Hamptons Social Media.
