Chef and restaurateur Jeremy Fall has debuted Drugstore, a modern, all-day delivery-first kitchen based on made-from-scratch menu items created using organic, regenerative, and seed-oil-free ingredients, all locally sourced per-site.
Launching in Amagansett, Brooklyn’s Navy Yard, Manhattan, and LA this summer, the concept offers specialized smoothies, coffee, matcha, and high-quality, chef-prepared dishes, spanning burritos, sandwiches, salads, and more. Drugstore also provides a line of grab-and-go products, developed and created by Fall. Drugstore operates primarily via delivery through an exclusive partnership with Uber Eats, with select brick-and-mortar sites available for made-to-order dining.
The pop-up in Amagansett is within Jack’s Stir Brew Coffee, which launched on July 5 in partnership with Dorsia. Running through September 30, visitors can order from Drugstore’s menu as well as sample the “Velvet Rope” smoothie, a collaborative creation between Dorsia and Drugstore made with blueberries, cherries, avo, banana, medjool date, almond butter, vanilla collagen, cacao powder, ashwagandha, reishi, chocolate aminos, coconut cream, coconut milk, and sweet potato powder. Dorsia members have exclusive access to member-only pick-up, allowing them to pre-order and pre-pay for their smoothie on the Dorsia app up to 24 hours in advance, and collect using their exclusive “skip the line” status. Non-members can also order the Velvet Rope collab smoothie all-summer long from the main menu.
Simultaneously, Drugstore has debuted a permanent delivery-only kitchen in East Hampton, serving the Hamptons year-round, including delivery to the beach during the summer months.
“Drugstore merges high-quality comfort food people crave with a bold identity and visual culture, where ingredient integrity reigns supreme,” said Fall.
