‘The Lost Weekend: The Photography Of May Pang’ Exhibit At Keyes Art

May Pang, John Lennon’s companion during his “Lost Weekend” era, will display candid photos of Lennon at a three-day exhibit at Keyes Art in Sag Harbor, from August 1 to August 3.

This exhibit, entitled “The Lost Weekend: The Photography of May Pang,” coincides with the digital release of the documentary “The Lost Weekend: A Love Story.”

May Pang will be present at the gallery all weekend. Few people knew John Lennon as intimately as May Pang. She was Lennon’s lover during the infamous “Lost Weekend,” which lasted 18 months from late 1973 through 1975. During this highly creative period for Lennon, Pang took candid photos of Lennon in a comfortable and relaxed environment.  A collection of these private photographs, including several taken in the Long Island Sound, will be on display and available for purchase.

May Pang will tell the stories behind these limited-edition photographs of John Lennon.
