LTV Studio’s and the East End Underground Live Concert Series will present an Encore Concert Staging of The Free Life by Dan Koontz on Saturday, September 21 at 7 p.m.

On September 20th, 1970, hundreds of well-wishers gathered in a field in Springs to witness Malcolm Brighton, Rodney Anderson and Pamela Brown in their attempt to be the first balloonists to cross the Atlantic Ocean. It was not to be. Some thirty-two hours later the giant balloon went down in a storm off the coast of Newfoundland. The Free Life and its youthful crew were never found. This project was inspired by that historical event.

Tickets cost $25 in advance and $30 at the door. For more information, and to purchase tickets, please visit www.ltveh.org.
