Equestrian Pilates New Class Launch

This 50-minute Pilates class will focus on exercises and stretches that are most beneficial for riders using a variety of apparatus including reformer, tower, chair, and props. This pilates workout will strengthen the core and upper body; improve posture, alignment, and balance; and increase body awareness, mobility, and flexibility. The stronger and more evenly balanced your body is, the more effectively you can communicate with your horse for a better relationship and performance. You do not need to be an equestrian or have Pilates experience to take this class. New class launches on 10/7/23 at 8 am and 1 pm, 10/8/23 at 11 am, and 10/9/23 at 9 am.
