The Beacon (8 West Water Street, Sag Harbor, New York 11963  [631] 725-7088 or www.beaconsagharbor.com), Sag Harbor’s summertime mainstay, has announced they will open for their 26th season on Wednesday, May 15. Dinner service will begin at 5:30 pm. and reservations are recommended and can be made 10 days in advance. The menu will feature old school favorites, as well as delicious specials. Reservations can be made by visiting https://bit.ly/3mytZmW or calling the restaurant directly at 631-725-7088. The menu, subject to change, will feature:

Starters

Shrimp Tacos (2)

Salsa verde, pepper Jack cheese and tomato emulsion

Salmon Rillette

Capers, red onion, pickled jalapeño, grilled baguette

Crispy Portobello

Roasted peppers, smoked mozzarella, lemon-caper butter

Pork Belly Pretzel Buns (2)

Hoisin, pickle, creamy kohlrabi slaw and Sriracha

Entrees

Vegan No-Pasta Lasagna

Zucchini, yellow squash, sundried tomato marinara, cashew ricotta and basil oil

 

Lobster Rigatoni

Aged cheddar, roasted corn, basil and cream

Sesame Crusted Tuna

Soba noodles, Napa cabbage-jicama slaw, Asian glaze

 

Halibut Baked in Parchment

Sun-dried tomatoes, tatsoi, toasted Israeli cous-cous

Duroc Pork Chop Milanese

Frisée, roasted tomatoes, caramelized onions, creamy truffle vinaigrette, shaved Parmesan
