Heart of The Hamptons will host its 20th annual Polar Bear Plunge at Coopers Beach in Southampton on Saturday, December 9, at 10 AM. Check-in begins at 9 AM. Participants can join to plunge, donate, volunteer, sponsor, or cheer on a loved one. Over 300 community members are expected to take the plunge with over 800 coming out to support.
All proceeds directly benefit Heart of the Hamptons’ year-round food pantry and assistance programs. These programs serve over 2,400 families in Southampton. The 2023 goal is to raise $350,000 to provide food and financial assistance.
