Parrish Art Museum Held Film Screening & Talk With Julia Chiang, Sam Moyer, & Christy Turlington Burns

On August 9, The Parrish Art Museum held a screening of the film “Giving Birth in America: Arkansas” and a panel discussion that included exhibiting artists Julia Chiang and Sam Moyer, Every Mother Counts founder and president Christy Turlington Burns, and Parrish Art Museum Executive Director Monica Ramirez-Montagut that explored the themes of the film, motherhood, and its influence on the panelists’ artistic process.
