To strengthen its presence in the Hamptons real estate market, Sotheby’s International Realty has appointed Kelly Canavan as the full-time brokerage manager for its three regional offices.
Through a collaborative senior management partnership, Canavan will strategically co-lead the Bridgehampton, East Hampton, and Southampton brokerages alongside Nanette Hansen.
Canavan joins Sotheby’s and has an extensive background in real estate law. Most recently, she was a partner at her Hamptons-based firm, Canavan Law Group, where she represented a diverse clientele, including buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, brokers, developers, architects, and contractors. Before that, she was an attorney with a premier law firm on Long Island.
