Nick & Toni’s in East Hampton presents dates for #WineWednesday Workshops. Created by Honest Man Hospitality Beverage Director and certified sommelier Chimene Visser Macnaughton, this collaboration with Luis Marin, Managing Partner of Wainscott Main Wine & Spirits, is in its 12th year on the East End. It offers certification-level seminars designed around themed tasting flights.
“If there’s a theme to this series, it’s Joy in Discovery! Each spring and fall, as we return to the tasting tables, we share with students our very latest ‘a-ha!’ moments from the many trade events we attend as buyers. This SESH offers plenty of vinous inspiration, from wines for celebrations big and small to the beachiest toes-in-warm-sand finds to welcome back summer. Oh! And you asked – we listened – cocktails are back on the menu, y’all!” said Macnaughton.
Classes are open to all levels on Wednesdays from 5:30 to 7 PM. Tickets are $35 per week in advance. Dining room space is limited, and reservations are strongly encouraged. The ticket includes tasting sheets, crystal tasting stems, and small plates from Nick & Toni’s kitchen.
