Aphrodise’s French Kiss, created by Director of Mixology Milan Rai, is served at Mykonos Restaurant in the Cayman Islands using Aphrodise Sparkling Rosé from Greece.
Aphrodise’s French Kiss
INGREDIENTS:
10mL Aphrodise
35mL Raspberry & Grapefruit Infused Gin
15mL Sugar Syrup
5mL Lemon Juice
Garnish: Grapefruit, Raspberry Dust
Glass: Old Fashioned
METHOD:
Mix raspberry and grapefruit-infused gin, sugar syrup, and lemon juice into Boston Shaker.
Double strain and pour into glass with ice, and top up with Aphrodise.
Mix, add garnishes, and enjoy!
