Stony Brook Southampton Hospital was recognized as part of the White House initiative #VaxUpAmerica.
On Thursday, December 8, Dara Kass, MD, Regional Director for Region 2: NY, NJ, PR, US, VI, Office of the Secretary for the U.S. Dept of Health and Human Services recognized the work of the hospital staff in administering over 100,000 COVID vaccinations, to date, in partnership with local community organizations, including OLA of Eastern L.I., East Hampton Healthcare Foundation, The Greek Church of Southampton, CMEE, and The Center in Bridgehampton.
