Southampton Arts Center presents its fifth annual summer cocktail party benefit, Whimsy: Motown Magic, on Saturday, June 28, from 6 to 8 PM. This fundraising initiative welcomes Southampton’s residents, artists, and other community members to indulge in delicious fare from Robbins Wolfe, cocktails, and live entertainment and dancing with That Motown Band.
Proceeds from the event will support SAC’s year-round programming and commitment to offering accessible, inclusive arts experiences to the East End community.
Set against the backdrop of SAC’s dynamic cultural campus, Whimsy Motown Magic invites its guests to kick off the summer in style with an unforgettable night inspired by the legendary sounds of Motown. That Motown Band is back again to bring soul and rhythm to the heart of the Hamptons. Guests are encouraged to embrace the spirit of the ’60s and dress in their grooviest retro attire.
“We are thrilled to celebrate Summer 2025 with That Motown Band at Whimsy Motown Magic,” said Elyn Kronemeyer, Co-Chair. “We invite everyone to join us for an evening of music, dancing, delicious food, and plentiful libations all in support of our beloved Southampton Arts Center.”
