Sushi | Bar, the popular omakase-style, speakeasy concept in Austin, Texas and Miami, which opened last year in the Esmé Miami Beach Hotel, will be landing in the Hamptons for a five-day dinner series in Montauk at Morty’s Oyster Stand.
Each evening from Monday, July 24 through Friday, July 28, Sushi | Bar MTK will welcome 24 guests total – 12 guests per seating – to enjoy a 17-course omakase experience. Signatures include Aged Bluefin Akami with dehydrated red miso and everything bagel spice; Hokkaido Scallop with white truffle salt, shaved black truffle and truffle caviar; and Kanpachi with pineapple, passionfruit, shishito vinaigrette and shaved coconut.
Nightly diners will be offered a selection of available drink pairings, including sake, cocktails, wine, and beer. Guests are encouraged to arrive 30-minutes before their designated seating and enjoy a welcome cocktail to ease their way into the evening’s festivities.
