The Hamptons Jewelry Show Unveils Exquisite Creations From Around The Globe

The Back Vault

The Hamptons Jewelry Show, the only international fine jewelry fair open to the public in the Hamptons, will be premiering at the Southampton Fairgrounds from July 24 to 27. This event promises to be the largest and most diverse jewelry show yet, featuring over 80 elite brands from around the world, including contemporary designers, estate jewelers, watchmakers, and artisans.

The show offers a unique opportunity for attendees to purchase directly from exhibitors. Set on 17 bucolic acres, the fair provides a relaxed, gallery-like setting complete with climate-controlled tents, outdoor dining, and a wine and spirits bar. The event is strategically scheduled during the height of the Hamptons summer season, attracting thousands of affluent collectors, tastemakers, and fashion-forward guests.

“It is rare for a direct-to-the-public jewelry show to attract national luxury sponsors, except in the Hamptons,” said Rick Friedman, Executive Director and Founder. “This is because our 4,000 hard-to-reach, affluent, jewelry-loving guests are the prime target audience for many luxury brands.”

The show is curated by Hilary Joy Diaz, a seasoned veteran of the jewelry world and an internationally known designer. Her expertise ensures a high-quality, diverse selection of pieces, from top-tier estate dealers and renowned designers alongside emerging artisans.

“Our goal is to produce an offering, international in scope, in keeping with the Hamptons elite branding, quality, and sensibility,” said Hilary.

HamptonsShows, LLC, a leader in luxury-driven, high-profile fine art and design fairs, produces the Hamptons Jewelry Show. Now in its 19th year, the organization has generated over 200,000 enthusiastic, acquisition-oriented attendees to its internationally well-publicized events across the nation. In The Show:

Cuff by Alexis Barbeau

Alexis Barbeau

Ocean-inspired jeweler Alexis Barbeau will debut her latest body of work, the Coral and Sea Grass Collection. Visitors can find her at Booth 144.

With over 45 years of experience as a scuba diver and instructor, Alexis brings the beauty of the underwater world to life in her jewelry. “I am passionate about the preservation of our oceans, and have witnessed an enormous decline in reef health across the globe. In recreating the beautiful colors, textures, and shapes I see underwater, I want to focus awareness on the ocean’s magical gifts — their role in sustaining nature, protecting shorelines, and providing sustainable food.”

Each piece is hand-carved in wax, cast in precious metals, and finished with thoughtful texture and stone accents — a wearable tribute to life beneath the sea. A portion of proceeds supports Ocean Conservancy, Coral Restoration Foundation, and REEF International, aiding ocean research and conservation efforts.

D*D Jewelry by David Melnick

D*D Jewelry

“My jewelry consists of modern jewelry with strong personality and assertive style, consisting of pure and simple forms designed to enhance the natural beauty and elegance of the metal and stones,” said David Melnick of D*D Jewelry, an exhibitor at the show. Melnick’s jewelry is architectural and clean, but also very wearable. It is bold but with a simple, classic elegance that makes the pieces feminine and timeless. The clean lines and simple geometry of these pieces make them bold statements of style that take you from casual to formal — ideal for any lifestyle or occasion.

Sea Horse by Don McCoy

“I am able to control the destiny of my ideas as they transform into the jewelry I make, with total control over the finished pieces. I also make all my chains, which resonate with the pendants. My Shimmering Seas Chain actually shimmers and shines every time you move, as it carries my pieces exactly as the ocean always shimmers. My inlaid pieces are often described as drama in a quarter square inch in articles on their beauty. The ocean and the tropics are echoed in my work as a reminder of the Joy they bring to our lives.”
