An Educational Evening of Indigenous Film & Discussion

LTV Studios is presenting an evening of Indigenous Film and Discussion hosted by award winning filmmaker, Ginew Benton and creator of the LTV series “Through the Red Lens.” The free event will take place Wednesday, October 12, at 6 PM at its facility on 75 Industrial Road in Wainscott. It is an early evening of short films and interviews.

Benton, a current employee of LTV, is a member of the Ojibway Nation out of Canada but spent a major portion of his youth with relatives on the Shinnecock territory. His most current piece is a multi-award winning film entitled “Mirror Man” which he introduced earlier this year at a premiere held at LTV.

This is a live screening and these films will not be shown on the LTV channel in the near future. A list of films to be highlighted and special guests can be found on LTV’s website at ltveh.org.
