The Backyard Restaurant at Solé East Resort will host a free concert featuring Citizen Cope on Saturday, July 10, at 6 PM.
Cope will perform his unique brand of urban-folk at the Montauk venue. The songwriter, producer, and performer released “Heroin and Helicopters,” his first album in six years in 2019. His compositions have been recorded by Carlos Santana, Dido, Pharoahe Monch, and Richie Havens.
