Douglas Elliman and Knight Frank have unveiled an affiliate alliance with The Isles Group, marking their foray into the Bahamas luxury real estate market. This partnership, the first of its kind between the U.S.-based Douglas Elliman and the UK-headquartered Knight Frank, adds a new dimension to their decade-long global alliance.
Based in Nassau, The Isles Group emerges as the affiliate partner, bringing its expertise to the forefront in key Bahamian markets where neither brokerage currently operates. The move not only signifies Douglas Elliman’s entry into the Caribbean property sector but also represents Knight Frank’s expansion endeavors.
With almost $100 million in sales recorded in the past 30 days, The Isles Group is strategically positioned to leverage the extensive marketing and public relations resources of Douglas Elliman and Knight Frank. The partnership taps into a vast network of agents worldwide, offering clients insights into prime property, major investments, and high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals in the international real estate realm.
Howard M. Lorber, Executive Chairman of Douglas Elliman, emphasizes the significance of this affiliate partner launch, stating, “The value of our enduring partnership with Knight Frank has always been greater than the sum of its parts. The launch of this affiliate partner not only expands our combined global footprint, but it also represents an exciting new chapter for our two great brands.”
Paddy Dring, Head of Global Prime Sales at Knight Frank, added, “This is an exciting step in our relationship with Douglas Elliman. It is the first time Knight Frank has entered an affiliate partnership like this, and we have found a strong local market partner with The Isles Group.”
The Isles Group, led by Chairman David Dingman and Managing Partner James Mosko, is a full-service luxury real estate company rooted in the Bahamas. They focus on luxury properties, including extensive inventory in Nassau, Paradise Island, and across the country’s 700 islands.
Dingman expressed pride in the alliance, stating, “Our alliance with Douglas Elliman & Knight Frank will not only empower us to elevate our service with new technologies and continuous innovation, but it will also spotlight the Bahamas as an international wealth investment destination.”
Scott Durkin, President and CEO of Douglas Elliman Realty, applauded the knowledge and experience of Dingman and Mosko, noting, “I can’t think of a better ally to join us.”
