Duryea’s Montauk has unveiled new Sunset Cottages, a collection of four luxury cottages perched on the bluff offering sweeping views of Fort Pond Bay and incredible sunsets. Duryea’s Sunset Cottages are a five-minute walk from the waterfront restaurant on Firestone Road. The cottages were designed with the best of indoor and outdoor living in mind, featuring outdoor showers, al fresco dining tables, and private spas amidst lush and secluded gardens. Duryea’s Sunset Cottages offer a contemporary feel and a harmonious blend of friendly boutique lodging and a beautiful waterfront home.
“The inspiration behind the creation of the cottages was to amplify our exemplary food and beverage hospitality with premier lodging. With the proximity to our restaurant, market, and boutique, we felt we had an opportunity to expand what everyone has come to love about Duryea’s to a more intimate and private setting,” shared Alchemy Hospitality Managing Director Steven Jauffrineau.
Each of the four stand-alone cottages celebrates Montauk’s natural landscape and strikes the perfect balance between privacy and scenic memories. The cottages are designed for two people and feature beds with Frette linens as well as thoughtful amenities such as a private outdoor workstation, Sonos 55” OLED smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchenette, outdoor fire pit, and more. Exclusive services for guests include daily housekeeping, turn-down service, complimentary dockage, and room service for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Sunset Cottages guests will also have access to paddleboards and e-bikes on-site.
“The new cottages at Duryea’s are a retreat from the hustle and bustle of Montauk, offering incomparable views and sophisticated luxury for our guests. We are excited to welcome our inaugural guests to experience our understated luxury later this summer,” shared Alchemy Hospitality Managing Director Steven Jauffrineau.
Rates at Duryea’s Sunset Cottages start at $3400 per night in the high season and $1155 per night in the off-season. Minimum stays vary by season.
