Bridgehampton Chamber Music Festival: Sparkling Night – Mozart & More

Bridgehampton Presbyterian Church

Mozart’s ebullient Piano Quartet in E-flat centers a program brimming with color, gorgeous melodies, drama, and sparkling delight. The program takes a personal turn with a work written in honor of Artistic Director Marya Martin’s mother Nancye, and closes with Shostakovich’s brilliant Piano Quintet in G minor.

The artists performing are Marya Martin, flute; Chad Hoopes, Julian Rhee, violin; Cynthia Phelps, viola; Tommy Mesa, cello; and Albert Cano Smit, piano.

She previously worked as a writer and marketing director for The Independent. She has won multiple PCLI and NYPA awards for journalism, social media and design, including best website design and best magazine for James Lane Post, which she co-founded in 2020. Wenzel is also the founder of the Hamptons social media agency, TWM Luxury Solutions.
